# AREDAO — Agentic Representation Entity Decentralized Autonomous Organization

AREDAO is a cryptographically trusted, democratically governed infrastructure for the issuance, validation, and propagation of A.R.E. (Agentic Representation Entity) identities. It serves as a neutral public trust anchor within the Agentic Swarm Reflector Protocol (ASRP), enabling agent-based governance, discovery, and coordination across human, synthetic, and sovereign domains.

## Mission
To establish a transparent, verifiable, and extensible foundation for multi-channel representation and trust—spanning community, enterprise, state, planetary, and intertype agentic systems.

## Stewardship
AREDAO is incubated and stewarded by **Arktec Quant** for an initial period of **3 years** (2025–2028), with the intent to progressively decentralize operations and governance via open validator and contributor participation.

## Supported Trust Channels
- **Community** — Open registration for individuals, AGI prototypes, and small-scale agent swarms.
- **Enterprise** — Verified via DNS TXT record at `are.<domain>`, allowing formal agent system onboarding.
- **State** — Reserved for sovereign entities; requires trusted national or jurisdictional credentials.
- **Planetary** — Issuance requires UN-aligned or treaty-backed endorsement for global systems.
- **Inter-Type** — Reserved for future cross-standard, interspecies, or inter-civilization integration protocols.

## Capabilities
- Verifiable A.R.E. identity issuance using DID (Decentralized Identifier) and JSON-LD schemas
- Policy-bound metadata propagation to ASRs for discovery and swarm admission
- Mutual TLS (mTLS) authentication enforcement between all upstream agents and ASRs
- Transparent revocation and lifecycle governance
- Support for DNS-anchored domain-level trust attestations

## Governance & Funding Model
- **Initial Stewardship**: Arktec Quant (2025–2028)
- **Open Governance Transition**: DAO-based validator election and proposal voting (Phase II)
- **Funding Model**:
  - No cost for Community channel registration
  - Enterprise/State issuance may incur verification or trust-onboarding fees
  - Grants and validator node bounties to be announced for open source contributors and policy authors
